X-Factor Filmmakers’ mission is to help
increase the percentage of women that
make up the next generation of
filmmakers.
It’s time for a change in an industry
where there are only 7% female directors
in the Directors Guild of America. What
can we do?
The lack of funding in the form of film
scholarships is an obvious problem to
those associated with the film industry.
Our goal is to create another resource for
females in an environment where the
competition for financial support is fierce.
So we established the X-Factor Film
Scholarship for women who share our
goal to empower female filmmakers. But
we need your help.
